Terms of Use (HarmonyOS)

Notice: Please read these Terms before use. Tapping “Agree & continue” confirms your agreement. If you disagree, choose “Disagree & exit”; the App will not enter its principal features.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms are between you and Lu Liang (developer brand: Gentleflow). They apply only to the HarmonyOS edition of YIGE Sliding Puzzle (“the App”), bundle name tech.gentleflow.huarong.

2. Agreement and minors

These Terms take effect when you tap “Agree & continue.” If you disagree, exit and do not use the App. A child under 14 should review and use the App with a parent or guardian; other minors should also use it with appropriate guidance. Guardians should help minors maintain healthy play time.

3. Service and price

The App provides sliding-tile puzzle levels, Daily Challenge, hints, Hell Mode, statistics, themes, preferences, and related on-device features. The ad-free basic edition includes sequential campaign levels, Daily Challenge, full Hell Mode, and three hints per day. Optional Pro unlocks any campaign level, unlimited hints, and themes through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Hell Mode never permits hints or undo. Availability, price, billing period, and trial eligibility come from the purchase page and AppGallery cashier. Subscriptions require you to manually select an agreement checkbox, which is unchecked by default, and confirm again before checkout. After any eligible free trial, the displayed subscription price is charged unless you cancel before renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled; use Settings › Manage automatic renewal to cancel. Access normally remains through the paid period shown by Huawei, subject to refunds or revocation. Uninstalling, resetting progress, or withdrawing privacy consent does not cancel a subscription. The in-app auto-renewal agreement is available before purchase and from Settings; AppGallery handles payment.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on a HarmonyOS device you lawfully own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Acceptable use

Except where law expressly permits, you may not copy, rent, sell, redistribute, sublicense, maliciously modify, disrupt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, use the App unlawfully, violate another person's rights, compromise a device or network, interfere with another user, or impersonate Gentleflow.

6. Intellectual property

The App's code, interface, artwork, sounds, text, level organization, and YIGE/一格华容道 branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. HarmonyOS, AppGallery, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Privacy

The separate HarmonyOS Privacy Policy explains the App's data practices and can be reviewed at first launch and under Settings › About. You can withdraw privacy consent or reset progress under Settings › Data.

8. Updates and availability

We may update the App for fixes, compatibility, experience, legal, or platform reasons. Some updates may require newer system or device capabilities. Device faults, system limits, force majeure, maintenance, or platform changes may temporarily interrupt the App. Material changes requiring fresh agreement will be prominently presented and not inferred from silence.

9. Local data and backup

Game data is principally on-device. Use HarmonyOS backup options where appropriate. Uninstalling, clearing data, device failure, a system reset, or backup failure may cause data loss. We operate no game-data server and normally cannot restore your local save.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The App is a casual puzzle game, not medical, psychological, examination, or other professional advice, and does not promise a particular cognitive result. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without guarantees beyond mandatory law.

Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory consumer rights, or liability that law does not permit us to exclude. Any lawfully limitable liability is confined to reasonably foreseeable loss directly caused by our breach.

11. Ending use

You may stop and uninstall at any time. We may discontinue a version or service where legally permitted if these Terms are seriously breached, the App is used unlawfully, or a real safety risk arises. The current App has no account or developer server, so we do not remotely suspend local game records.

12. Huawei and third parties

Huawei is not the provider of the App service under these Terms. AppGallery downloads, updates, Huawei Accounts, and HarmonyOS capabilities may also be governed by the applicable terms between you and Huawei. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction. Non-waivable consumer protections and dispute rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
