Use of the app

By using Jigu Japanese, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA. The EULA governs the app license. Jigu is licensed for your personal learning use. You may not unlawfully redistribute the app or its learning assets. Learning content is educational and does not guarantee a particular proficiency or examination result.

Jigu Pro

Membership provides access to the app's premium learning content and features described on the paywall. Available plans are monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Lifetime is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal. Prices and billing periods are shown in your local currency before purchase and confirmed by Apple.

Free trials and renewal

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day monthly-plan trial or a 7-day yearly-plan trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple; prior subscribers may not qualify. The app only advertises a trial when eligibility is confirmed. After a trial, the selected subscription renews at the displayed price unless cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal charges may occur within the final 24 hours. Any unused portion of a trial may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription, where applicable.

Manage, restore and refunds

Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings with the Apple account used for the original purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's rules and applicable consumer rights.
